Campo Vulcano is the name of this Soave that reminds immediately the volcanic soil from which it comes.
Cultivated in the Classical hills of Monteforte d’Alpone, it is the result of careful selection of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes.
The Garganega grapes used for this wine are the gold-colored ones with a beautiful intensity of aromas and flavors.
Intensely fruity and citrusy with pleasant exotic notes it still remains an easy drinking wine characterized by freshness, flavor and harmony on the palate.
Great white wine whit a wide food pairing range: from raw fish and shellfish, prawns, lobsters and prawns. Elegant also when paired with fish-based first courses and very pleasant with traditional Italian noble salami.
